Shipping and HQ

OPAL headquarters is located in Conroe, Tx in the comfort of my home/office where we formulate, produce and ship all of our products while complying with the state of Texas laws. We do our best to get all orders out within 2-4 business days.

You will receive your tracking number and updates once your order has been packaged.

Damaged / Stolen: If your package arrives damaged, or gets stolen, and if it was shipped with USPS "insured" priority, please contact USPS customer service or your local post office to submit a claim. If it was shipped with a "non-insured" small package, we will handle case by case basis. Returns and Policy

We know that all skin is unique and we are always here to support you in finding a skin care routine that is right for you and your skin concerns. Our hope and goal is that all of our products help and benefit you. While our products are made with all-natural and chemical-free ingredients, we also know that everyone's skin reacts differently to products. It is your job to check our ingredient list BEFORE you purchase any products make sure that it does not contain any known ingredients that you are allergic to; such as, but not limited to, almond oil if your are allergic to nuts.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our skincare due to contamination. We can accept returns for our accessories as long as the return is received within 14 days.
